The golf course at Cardno GC is great fun to play for golfers whatever their ability. There are interesting holes, picturesque holes and challenging holes. The terrain is generally level so it is not a gruelling course to play.
Being a member of Cardno GC golf allows you to play regular club competitions throughout the summer season including medal, stableford, bogey, knockout and Texas scramble.
Being a member you can attain an official CONGU handicap. Playing competitions regularly will allow you to get a handicap which reflects your playing standard.
Cardno GC has a thriving men’s Seniors Section which welcomes new members and hold organised competitions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The Seniors Section also participate in regular competitive team matches against other clubs in the area which provides the opportunity to play different courses and socialise with golfers from other clubs in the area.
Cardno GC has a fantastic Ladies Section which hold organised competitions on Thursday and Sundays and participate in regular competitive team matches against other clubs in the area. Ladies play informal game every Monday lunchtime.
Cardno GC offers preferential ‘Members’ Guest Rate’ green fees for only £7.50, giving you the chance to invite your friends to play your course. By making this reciprocal among your golfing friends, you can play many great courses at a fraction of the normal price.
